Having joined the company 49 years ago—just seven years after its founding in 1970—Randy has literally grown up with the organization and helped shape its evolution into the roofing industry leader it is today.
Randy's career trajectory tells the story of dedication, continuous learning, and exceptional leadership. Beginning as an install technician, he mastered the technical foundations of roofing before advancing to foreman, where he honed his leadership and project management skills. His progression continued through roles as project manager and estimator, giving him comprehensive insight into both operational execution and business development. As Vice President, Randy helped guide the company's strategic direction before assuming the presidency.

As the youngest son of President Randy Brown, Devin brings both fresh innovation and deeply ingrained company values to his executive role.Devin's journey with Brown's Roofing began during his college years at Marian University, where he worked part-time while pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management with a Business Minor. Upon graduation in 2010, he transitioned to full-time employment, following the company's time-honored tradition of starting from the ground up. Beginning as a laborer, Devin systematically worked his way through every level of the organization, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and understanding of all operational aspects.Today, Devin serves as both Project Manager and Estimator while also taking an active role in operations management and brand development.
